Elizabeth K. Green is a senior associate with Kantor & Kantor who joined the firm since the beginning in 2004. Ms. Green has represented individual clients that are attempting to seek health benefits that are part of an ERISA benefit plan. She has a great amount of experience focusing on benefits for mental health and in particular the protections that might be available by federal and state mental health parity laws. Elizabeth likes the interesting challenges that arise with ERISA and healthcare law and prides herself on being an advocate for her clients.
Elizabeth’s experience in the legal field has primarily focused on the representation of individuals who are trying to claim their insurance benefits. Elizabeth has also represents claimants seeking long-term care, disability, and life insurance benefits at Kantor & Kantor. After graduating from law school, Elizabeth represented insured clients in obtaining homeowners’ insurance benefits at Quisenberry & Kabateck LLP.
Elizabeth was born in Illinois, grew up in Southern California, and lives in Glendale with her husband and three children. In her free time, she can be found running the trail in Griffith Park and watching her children’s soccer games.
